Balancing Tradition and Change
The purpose of the gathering is to encourage emerging and seasoned American Indian leaders to share their skills, knowledge and experience as we lead our community into the 21st Century.
You will:
- Experience inter-generational learning by connecting with seasoned leaders from within the community.
- Engage in interactive discussions with other community leaders.
- Opportunity to broaden your network of peers.
- Develop new strategies for old challenges.
- Walk away with a renewed sense of successful leadership styles, what works, what doesn't.
Who should participate?
- American Indian community members, community leaders, American Indian organizational staff, Elders.
- Please join us as we come to circle to discuss your role in the continued success of American Indian leadership in our communities.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided, Raffle and Blanket Dance to be held at the end of the session!!!!
