Harvard's Kennedy School of Government Honors American Indian Nations
Ten tribal governments were honored last night (Oct-21) by Harvard's Honoring Contributions in the Governance of American Indian Nations (Honoring Nations) awards program. Five programs each received a $20,000 award and five others received a $10,000 award in recognition of their good governance achievements. Hundreds of guests attended the event held in conjuction with the 65th Anual Sesson of the National Congress of American Indians in Phoenix, Arizona.
