Circle of Leadership Academy


NAP knows “leadership” as a critical lever for promoting positive change in Native communities. The most powerful and sustainable change often come from community leaders who often never thought of themselves as leaders, but acknowledge that the impact they create (or created) could not have been done without some support and access to resources (i.e. professional development, mentorship, funds, etc.).

This past year, NAP has refined its perspectives on leadership and social change while exploring its organizational niche in promoting them relative to its mission to increase philanthropy in Native communities.
