Native Americans in Philanthropy’s 2018 National Philanthropy Institute on June 13-15th will be held at the beautiful and family-friendly Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa in Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico. Our National Philanthropy Institute, a key signature event, is intentionally designed to feature Native and non-Native speakers and participants across geographies, sectors, and cultural communities.
We have a powerful theme this year, The Movement of Movements: The Healing Worldview of Indigenous Peoples. Key focus areas are: Civic Engagement, Economic Development, Healing, Native Youth, & Research and Data.
This event is for staff and board members of organizations in Mainstream Philanthropy, philanthropy-serving organizations (PSO’s), Tribal Leaders, Tribal Philanthropy, & Native Program Officers.
Please join us in a special opportunity on June 13th to participate (not just observe) in a traditional Feast Day Celebration on the Sandia Pueblo. Pueblo Feast Days are important days in the year with spiritual and cultural significance.
We are no longer accepting proposals for the 2018 National Philanthropy Institute. Stay tuned for our session schedule.
