Native Americans in Philanthropy (NAP), is pleased to report on the progress of the “Your Living Legacy” Philanthropy and MN Native American Leaders Dialogue. We invite you to watch this space as we discuss this progress, review input from our urban and rural Tribal communities and as move forward with this transformational process to collectively change the narrative around Native health and move beyond conversations and into a place of action.
Purpose of Project
- Build and deepen relationships between Minnesota Tribal communities, including the Twin Cities Urban Indian Community, and Minnesota-based Foundations;
- Facilitate meaningful dialogue on how to support healthy Native communities; and
- Identify interested partners to be part of a collaborative funding model.
