The Grants and Program Officer is part of a team responsible for coordinating, managing and executing activities related to programs and initiatives of the grantmaking arm of the CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, particularly focused on working with Native communities. The position will include implementation of the current grants strategy and planning new engagement activities, management of a specific grantmaking portfolio, and engagement with the Oral Health Progress and Equity Network (OPEN).

The target hiring range for this role is $72,500 - $85,000 (annually). The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
