Native Americans in Philanthropy envisions a future with healthy and sustainable Native communities supported by responsive philanthropy. Our mission is to promote equitable and effective philanthropy in Native communities. We do this by increasing engagement and funding to Native-led organizations, increasing and supporting Native professionals in philanthropy, and transforming and influencing the philanthropic sector to be in alignment with an Indigenous worldview.
About the Position
The Grant Administrator will work closely with the Vice President of Development and Engagement to assist with managing the NAPs development efforts including grant writing, grant reporting, systematically tracking goals and objectives, and serving as a conduit between development and finance for the proper accounting of all awards. The Grant Administrator will ensure that grants and contract funding follow the agency policies and procedures with grant requirements and reporting and will be responsible for overseeing the grant process. This position provides administrative leadership by incorporating a significant amount of experience in support of the development team. The Grant Administrator will assist in developing an annual funding opportunity and strategic plan regarding grants and contracts.
