Job Details

The Program Coordinator reports to the Director of the Lawyers Network and works closely with other team members to ensure the effective day-to-day operations of the Lawyers Network and contribute to the success of the Center’s long term strategic goals. The Program Coordinator will work closely with members of the Lawyers Network Team on work planning, project management, cross-department collaboration, and outreach to external partners in support of the Network’s programmatic priorities and activities. The Program Coordinator will also lead the Lawyers Network Law School Pipeline Program, which seeks to engage law students through student organizations in order to foster a better understanding of reproductive rights and provide opportunities for engagement. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining tracking, monitoring and evaluation systems of all Lawyers Network activities, as well as overseeing its contact management system. The Program Coordinator will also oversee the administration of the Center’s voluntary bar membership program and provide administrative support to the Lawyers Network Director and general administrative support to the Lawyers Network team as needed. This role can be based in the New York City or Washington D.C. office in a hybrid model of 3 days in-office, 2 days working from home. Covid-19 Vaccination is required for all U.S.-based employees of the Center. Primary Responsibilities: ================== - Oversee the development and monitoring of the Network’s annual budget;- Developing systems to track, monitor and evaluate Lawyers Network activities and campaigns (to support organization objectives);- Oversee the Network’s contact management system;- Work closely with the Director to develop, monitor and support the annual workplans, and assist with institutional and donor reporting;- Coordinate, internal and external Lawyers Network meetings and other day-to-day logistical as needed;- Determines departmental needs and manages content on the team’s SharePoint site, including program tracking tools, materials, resources, and records;- Develop and implement the Law School Program, including outreach and engagement to increase education and advocacy opportunities, as well as coordinate the participation of Center staff in law student programs;- Oversee event and program logistics, including coordination of venue, speaker travel, on-site materials and technology;- Manage the Center’s voluntary bar association membership program, and coordinate staff participation in bar association conferences and events throughout the fiscal year as defined by organization strategic objectives;- Serve as liaison to other Center departments, including U.S Program teams, Global, IT, HR and Finance;- Provide support to the director, including scheduling, travel, expense reports, and annual work planning;- Lead and manage the Lawyers Network technology, including its web-page, teleconference tools (Zoom, Go To Webinar/ Go To Meeting), email campaign tools (MailChimp), CRM system (Sales Force);- Recruit, hire, on-board, and supervise college intern(s);- Work closely with team members across the Center to develop CLE programs, presentation materials, and other program products as needed;- Oversee the execution of email campaigns for all Lawyers Network initiatives, including contact lists, message content, dissemination and tracking through marketing automation platforms;- Participate in Center working group(s) as needed. Qualifications: ========== - University Degree (baccalaureate or higher) in relevant field;- 5+ years of relevant work experience;- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint);- Experience with project management and able to prioritize, multi-task, and handle multiple projects in fast-paced situations and in a flexible and professional manner;- Experience with CRMs, marketing automation platforms and video conference communication tools;- Experience with budgeting and work planning;- Experience with developing implementation plans for outreach campaigns;- Diplomatic, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and works well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;- Self-directed and productive with a sense of urgency;ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines;- Event planning experience;- Experience with zoom Microsoft Teams and/or Go To Webinar;- Professional and polished, with an engaging personality;confident to be a “face” of the Lawyers Network.
