Native Americans in Philanthropy is dedicated to increasing and nurturing Indigenous representation in the philanthropic sector. With that in mind, the opportunities on our Job Board fit one of the following criteria:    

  1. The position is within a philanthropic or nonprofit organization 
  2. The position itself is philanthropic in nature and/or focuses on roles essential to or valued by the philanthropic sector i.e. fundraising, grantmaking, gift processing or development, donor relations, nonprofit management and/or administration, social justice, equity, conservation, etc.

Job Details

Under the direction of the AICC Board of Directors, this critical position is responsible for the execution of all aspects of a $12.5 million capital campaign to secure a Forever Home for the American Indian Community Center. The organization and its Board of Directors are fully committed to this campaign along with senior government officials from the City of Spokane. The American Indian Community Center seeks a fundraising professional with a powerful work ethic, strong communication skills and a passion for Indian Country to lead The Campaign for a Forever Home for the urban Native American community of Spokane, Washington and the diverse clientele serviced at AICC. The Capital Campaign Manager candidate must have experience and/or the understanding of the importance of working with diverse communities, people, and cultures.
