Impact Manager
WESST is seeking an enthusiastic and encouraging team player with the knowledge, skills, and ability to support our team with data management and reporting to our grant funders. This position is a full-time, salaried position working in our WESST Enterprise Center in Albuquerque, NM. The Impact Manager will collaborate with our statewide staff to oversee the collection and management of client service activity data so that it can be used to analyze business functions, productivity, reporting, and drive process improvements. The Impact Manager will also ensure client relations management documentation and training resources are up to date, act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless communication and collaboration, research federal reporting guidelines, and continuously improve data visualization techniques. Working with considerable initiative, independent judgment, and meticulous follow-through is required. Women and people of color are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
-Work in partnership with all team members who are utilizing our data base and CRM tools to ensure that their data is accurately captured.
-Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide training on a regular basis to ensure that all users can work efficiently.
-Perform data validation and ensure data collected is complete and accurate.
-Utilize database programs and run data queries.
-Prepare data for grant reporting, grant applications, and presentations.
-Ability to understand and document data flow, systems, and interdepartmental processes.

Necessary Skills and Experience:
-Knowledgeable in database file structure standards.
-A minimum of five years of experience in data analysis, reporting, query writing, and presenting data is preferred.
-Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
-Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
-Experience successfully presenting complex information to small groups and individuals.
-Ability to create instruction materials and train non-technical staff.
Education Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in information technology or data base management from an accredited educational institution; or a minimum of five years of relevant experience is required. Understanding and familiarity with database and CRM systems supported by data reporting experience is necessary.
Other Requirements:
Most work will be performed in an office and virtual environment, sitting or standing.
Schedule flexibility may be required to support unplanned reporting requests and scheduled reporting to our grant funders.
Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000
