Position Summary:
The Director of Alumni Engagement develops strategic programs, events, and relationships to enhance Skyhawk alumni involvement and pride in Fort Lewis College (FLC). They build, implement, and constantly evaluate a comprehensive plan to maintain and grow alumni connections, driving volunteer engagement and giving that supports FLC’s strategic priorities. They collaborate with campus partners and the Advancement team to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward alumni giving and recruit and manage alumni engagement in mentoring, volunteering, and communication efforts to highlight and celebrate role model alumni. This position reports to the Vice President of Advancement/CEO of the FLC Foundation.

Reports To / Supervisory Responsibility:
This position reports to the CEO of the FLC Foundation / Vice President of Advancement.

Travel & Weekend/Evening Obligations:
Moderate (Less than 20%) travel and weekend/evening obligations will be required for leading events, meetings with alumni and donors and attendance at special meetings, events, trainings, and conferences.

The salary range for this position is $64,000 to $71,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
