The role involves grantmaking, network-building, and operational management while maintaining strong relationships with grantee partners and contributing to a collaborative, equity-driven workplace culture. With a $10 million annual portfolio, the Program Manager will be instrumental in driving systemic change at the intersection of environmental justice, youth development, and community organizing.
