Duke Health Development & Alumni Affairs is a hybrid workplace. All team members must live within the local area, have access to, and maintain a secure home office environment with high-speed internet service. The ability to work collaboratively with others using a variety of technologies and tools is a must. At the discretion of the manager, some positions will be required to work in our office located in Durham, NC for a specified number of days per week.
Work Arrangement – Hybrid
Anticipated Pay Range - Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $ 76,628.00 to USD $153,254.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education - Work requires completion of a bachelor's degree program.
Experience - Work requires a minimum of five (5) years of progressive fundraising experience in a related organization with a proven track record in major gifts.
