About the Job: The Marketing & Communications Coordinator works under the supervision of the Development and Database Manager and serves as ‘lead staff’ executing the communications work plan and external marketing strategy to increase awareness of New Moms. This role will coordinate initiatives developed by the development and communications department, while bringing new creative ideas to our organization. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will have excellent copyediting skills, an eye for design, will be a talented writer, and will be interested in building public relations skills. Additionally, this position will work closely with the Director of Development and Communications to build a public relations strategy. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will champion all New Moms values including our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, in both strategic planning and performance.
