In4All has a mission to mobilize community, bringing local businesses and schools together to provide real world, hands-on learning experiences that expand opportunities for students who are historically underserved to engage in their education and aspire to careers in fields they might not otherwise consider possible.
Since 1984, we have been investing in education in Oregon with innovative programs that connect students with careers. In4All’s programs provide opportunities to students that help them make informed decisions about their future. We partner local businesses with neighborhood schools to generate student interest in science and math, and careers in STEAM. Our students build upon existing skills and acquire new skills needed to continue being socially active citizens who can use scientific and mathematical thinking to solve real world problems.
Our engagement model allows us to connect with students who have been historically underserved at multiple points through their K-12 education, impacting their ability to overcome historically marginalizing barriers.
Our Work
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about changing the narrative of Oregon students who are historically underserved. Our new Executive Director will be a visionary leader with a passion and commitment to equity, inclusion and belonging on the personal and organizational levels. They will know how to establish and maintain effective relationships with leaders and decision makers in education and industry spaces while earning their trust and respect.
Our ideal candidate is strategic with an ability to act creatively and inclusively in fundraising efforts for organization sustainability and growth. Developing leaders excites them – they care about mobilizing a board, staff and community leaders around closing the gap for students who are excluded. Our ideal candidate is a thoughtful listener and an excellent communicator who can represent In4All to a variety of audiences and communities. Our next Executive Director will also understand that one of the most important parts of any effective organization is a supported and well-resourced staff team. Our Executive Director will have the courage and creativity to listen to, invest in, and lead this team with conviction, compassion, and heart.
