GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Under the direct supervision of the Director of the Menominee Tribal Department of Agriculture and Food Systems (DAFS), the Great Lakes Intertribal Food System Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating assistance and representing the needs of indigenous producers in the tribal nations located in the states of WI, IL, MI, and IN and leading the Regional Food Business Center goals. The overarching goal of the Great Lakes Midwest Regional Food Business Center (GLM RFBC) program is to bolster the resilience of tribal- individual and tribal –owned local, regional and intertribal food systems while promoting the growth of businesses owned by individuals from underserved communities.

SALARY MINIMUM:

$24.13 – $26.31
