Position: Vice President of Capital Solutions

As a locally invested, collaborative partner in social justice and financial equity, Community Vision works to advance community ownership of community assets by providing nonprofits, social enterprises, and small businesses with responsive lending, catalytic capital, and advising and support to achieve justice, power, and equity.
Community Vision is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Capital Solutions (VPCS) to lead Community Vision’s department responsible for deploying a spectrum of community development capital to nonprofit organizations and social enterprises. Priorities for this position include continuing to grow the organization’s capital deployment, balancing risk and impact, and evaluating, proposing, and implementing additional capital offerings that meet community needs and priorities.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 to $210,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
