Job Description
Responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue goals in charitable contributions through a variety of fundraising channels (annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, corporate donations, events, sponsorships, etc.) in assigned market, often with growth potential. Develops and implements meaningful acquisition, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to significantly grow giving with St. Jude donors and supporters in a geographic market. Includes initiating, activating, supporting and inspiring high value volunteers, committees, and Advisory Councils to identify and acquire donors through relationships, events, and activations. Manages a blended portfolio of leadership annual giving, major gift, and corporate donors as well as leadership volunteers with responsibility of retaining and growing donor giving.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Mental – Requires a relatively high degree of concentration and attention intermittently to develop detailed projections analysis and report on revenue and expense trends and variances; period of mental effort and concentration followed by other aspects of the job with lesser concentration and attention requirements. Environmental - Requires capability of performing essential job functions within an established office environment under normal lighting and climate control tolerances.
Physical - Requires walking/standing approximately 25% of the time, sitting and lifting 70% of the time; involves repetitive stooping, forward bending and crouching approximately 5% of the time; involves travel 20% of the time.
