Job Details

The Nature Conservancy in Indiana is looking for a Director of Development to lead all aspects of fundraising for the Indiana Chapter.  The DOD directs the Development Team, reports to the Indiana State Director, serves on the Indiana Management Team, and works closely with the Indiana Board of Trustees. This is a full-time position based in Indianapolis, Indiana that includes a competitive benefits package, hybrid work schedule, and a compensation range that begins at $120,000 annually and is commensurate with experience.
