Job Details

The Program Associate BTF is responsible for supporting Groundswell’s Black Trans Fund. Working closely with the Program Director and Program Manager to implement an array of grantmaking, capacity building, grants management, technical assistance, evaluation, communications, and funder organizing efforts while supporting and fostering key relationships with our funder colleagues, individual donors, grantees, and other key partners. This role will provide grantmaking and program support to Black Trans Fund and be the lead for general Black Trans Fund administrative support and scheduling.
