• Managed the pre-award application review process, including conducting risk, capacity, compliance, cost analysis of applications based on cost principles of 2 CFR 200, USAID, and Counterpart International policies and procedures • Reviewed the budgets of all potential grantees in preaward phase and make sure that the budgets were reasonable, allocable and allocable based on the USAID and Counterpart International policies and financial procedures. • Conducted audit review by reviewing grant, financial, administrative, and monitoring components. • Prepared grant packages and facilitated USAID vetting through the Partner Vetting System (PVS) • Served as primary liaison between grantees and internal stakeholders; led grant closeout processes
