Solidaire Network is hiring a Building the Fire Fund (BFF) Coordinator to support our Indigenous Reproductive Justice fund, Building the Fire Fund — the only national fund dedicated to resourcing Indigenous Reproductive Justice movements across Turtle Island.
This role partners closely with the BFF Strategist, Advisory Council, and cross-team staff to help ensure the fund runs smoothly, with care, and in alignment with movement values.
Support day-to-day coordination and operations of the fund, including grantmaking processes, Advisory Council gatherings, communications, and internal systems. This role helps keep multiple workstreams moving — from tracking grants and supporting logistics to coordinating meetings and maintaining strong internal systems.
A values-aligned, detail-oriented coordinator with ~3–5 years of experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, or movement work. You are highly organized, comfortable managing multiple processes at once, and bring strong follow-through, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience working with or alongside Indigenous communities or Indigenous-led organizations is strongly preferred.
Remote (U.S.), with required travel for gatherings, convenings, and staff gatherings.
Starting salary range: $80,000–$100,000, based on experience
Health: 100% of premiums for employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your spouse/domestic partner and dependents
Retirement: Employer 401(k) contribution equal to 10% of your annual salary — provided in addition to your salary (no employee contribution required)
Time off: Generous PTO (vacation, sick leave, holidays)
