Meet the 2026 Gladys K. Washington Connecting Leaders Fellowship Program Cohort
ABFE has also announced the 2026 cohort of the Gladys K. Washington Connecting Leaders Fellowship Program (CLFP)—the first class to enter the fellowship under its newly renamed title honoring the late Gladys K. Washington. This year-long leadership development program supports early- to mid-career philanthropic professionals committed to advancing racial equity and strengthening Black communities. The 2026 cohort reflects a powerful new generation of leaders carrying forward Gladys’s legacy of courage, clarity, and commitment to justice.
